How we report
What we cover
eCrypto reports news from across crypto: blockchains and protocol changes, exchanges, stablecoins, decentralized finance, security incidents, enforcement and policy. It does not publish trading signals, price targets or personal investment recommendations.
How stories are sourced
Stories rest on primary sources such as filings, official statements, code repositories, on-chain records and court documents, and on reputable reporting. Sources are linked in the text. What is confirmed is stated as fact. What is unclear or unverified is identified as such.
Independence
Coverage is an editorial decision. A mention of any project, token or service is not an endorsement of it.
Corrections
When a story contains a factual error, the article is corrected. Significant corrections are noted in the article where they appear.
Information only
Everything published here is for information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile, and readers make their own decisions.
